Alvex acts solely as an intermediary and does not provide services directly. 2. No Liability for User Actions: All users are independent parties. Alvex is not liable for the acts or conduct of any user. Any agreement is made directly between users at their own risk. 3. Verification and Data Accuracy: Alvex makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform integrity but does not guarantee the identity or licenses of users. Users should independently verify specialists. 4. Disclaimer of Warranty: The service is provided "as-is". Alvex does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. 5. Fees and Subscriptions: Currently, use is free. Alvex reserves the right to introduce paid models (e.g., subscriptions) in the future, with prior notice. 6. User Obligations & Moderation: Users must provide accurate data. In accordance with the EU DSA, Alvex reserves the right to remove illegal content or suspend accounts. 7. Data Protection (GDPR): Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR and our Privacy Policy. 8. Amendment of Terms: Alvex reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance. 9. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Disputes shall be settled by the court in Čakovec.
